Con estilo, personalidad y una pasión incomparable por la música, el bajista venezolano Edgar Solórzano celebra 22 años de carrera artística con el estreno de la producción discográfica titulada “One”, primera producción discográfica de su proyecto más reciente Miami Mambo System.

Edgar, comenzó su relación con el bajo a los 12 años, a través de un talento natural para aprender canciones rápidamente, y de allí han pasado más de 20 años entre giras y conciertos, junto a agrupaciones y artistas emblemáticos de la industria musical venezolana, como Nauta, Mermelada Bunch y recientemente junto al productor y cantautor Manuel Díquez, por mencionar algunos.

Su aventura musical inicia en las filas de bandas de rock local conformadas por amigos, de allí, a sus 17 años, tomó la decisión de ser músico a tiempo completo y en un abrir y cerrar de ojos ya se estaba titulando en Broward College de Miami.

Con una motivación de acero, el venezolano confiesa que toca el bajo con la misma pasión que el primer día, esa energía es la que lo mantiene siempre dispuesto para unirse a bandas y tocar en clubes, irse de gira o meterse en la cabina de grabación a trabajar en nuevas producciones. Así como también a mantenerse en constante preparación y profundizar en los estudios de su instrumento, esfuerzo que lo llevó a especializarse. con maestrías, en diferentes géneros musicales como el rock, pop, funk y música latina.

Los premios y reconocimientos no se han hecho esperar en su carrera, pues Solórzano se ha ganado el respeto de colegas y de múltiples organizaciones de premios en Venezuela, como el Premio La Estrella de Venezuela 2014, ‘Músico Revelación’ y el Galardón Mara International 2015, en la categoría a “Mejor Músico”. Su profesionalismo, también fue reconocido por las marcas americanas Spector y Phil Jones Bass, quienes le respaldan desde el año 2016 al incluirlo como artista y embajador de sus productos.

Actualmente, se encuentra enfocado en la promoción del disco “One”, producción disponible en todas las plataformas digitales. Esta banda tiene la particularidad de haber nacido en pandemia y haber grabado a distancia.
